Following a competitive three-way pitch, Ribbon Projects were thrilled to partner with Fairstone, a nationwide network of independent specialist financial advisors, on the fit-out of their new office space within the Farnborough Aerospace Centre. The successful pitch was based on a value-driven project cost, as well as the provision of comprehensive pitch documentation.

Working closely with the client’s dedicated property manager and furniture supplier, Ribbon were appointed as design and build consultant to roll-out the established Fairstone brand identity across the new workspace. The core brand colour features prominently across the elevation of meeting spaces, drawing the eye along this bank and into the high-density workspace. The airport office park setting gave inspiration for the names of the boardroom and meeting rooms, creating a synergy with the local office setting, as well as well reflecting the key brand identity.

With nearly fifty office locations across the UK, Fairstone are well-versed in the process of acquisition and refurbishment of office spaces.
