In 2023, Ribbon successfully bid to refurbish both the 2nd and 3rd floors of 8-9 Well Court.
With the 2 floors being let to separate tenants – each on a managed lease – we were appointed by the landlord to fit out each space to the tenant’s individual specification.
Whereas on the 2nd floor, LDN were looking to create a corporate, client-facing hub to reflect their established financial services business, on the 3rd floor, Secretarium, a scale-up at the forefront of innovation in software architecture, wanted a light, creative space with flexibility to house a growing team.
Although quite different briefs, in both cases our dedicated team delivered every stage of the project at pace, meaning no time was lost and each lease commencement date was comfortably achieved.
