As their business needs have changed over the past 10 years, Leap have called on Ribbon to help with numerous projects.
Most recently, in late 2022, Ribbon were asked to undertake the full Cat B refurbishment of 19 Hayward’s Place, a building formerly home to a gin distillery with features such as exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings and cast-iron pillars all serving to create an amazing backdrop. But there was still lots to do: the existing entrance was claustrophobic and inefficient, the layout was uninspiring, and the condition of the space left much to be desired.
Having recently returned to the office following Covid, now navigating a new hybrid working model, Leap were keen to reenergise their staff by providing a fresh new space designed to encourage social cohesion. Gone were the days of maximising headcount. Now the brief was to provide a home-from-home, a collaborative hub, and an agile workspace capable of providing the necessary private spaces to accommodate the many virtual meetings that are now the ‘new normal’.

Ribbon have helped us with numerous projects over the past few years, supporting our business as we’ve grown and, more recently, as office culture has evolved.
