To enable an office move out of the City, LPC Law approached us to help with their relocation to Canary Wharf. Assisting from the project feasibility stage, we were initially asked to advise on building suitability, before then pitching for the complete design and build solution. Delivering a creative, efficient plan that enabled LPC to save a considerable spend on doors and glazing – by reconfiguring the free-issue partitioning that had been left by the outgoing tenant – secured our appointment.
Having proved that we could reduce their office footprint by 12%, our considered use of space softened LPC’s transition from their previous cellular layout. Carefully placed screens, running perpendicular to the glazed elevation, ensured that departmental privacy remained without compromising on the stunning views and natural light. And with a new relaxed client waiting area and meeting suite that marry perfectly in with the corporate brand, LPC are satisfied they ‘chose the right partner’ and have already referred Ribbon onto another project.
