Appointed as design and furniture consultants alongside the tenant’s incumbent contractor, Ribbon were asked to produce a Cat A+ design scheme to help secure a tenant for one of the few remaining floors of Queens House.

Swapping the tiled carpets for timber effect herringbone flooring and the old ceiling grid for exposed services gave - what was a tired shell - a new lease of life. Coupling these base build upgrades with a more open plan layout, new Crittal effect glazing, a 2-tone teapoint and a curated furniture package helped deliver this complete transformation.

They are placed atop a grey patterned rug, with a small feature floor lamp hanging nearby. In the background, a grey and black grid storage unit divides the space, adorned with small plants and wood panels, adding a touch of natural warmth to the modern décor.
